Take 1 Rapidcuts Hardcore detonation pack 2 times daily** in 2 cups (17 oz or 500 mL) of water (a typical water bottle). Take the first pack upon waking and the second serving before exercise. On days that you do not exercise, take the first upon waking and the second 30 minutes before afternoon meal. Researchers recommend you stay adequately hydrated, eat a healthy calorie reduced diet and exercise regularly for optimum results. Competition level cardio and dieting are recommended for extreme results.
** Graduated Usage Code: Initiate use with 1 Detonation Pack before each workout. Once you have assessed your tolerance to Rapidcuts Hardcore Detonation Packs you can proceed to 2 Packs per day. 1 Pack upon waking and the other before you workout. If you train first thing in the morning take your second Detonation Pack either before your afternoon meal, or if you train twice daily, before your second training session. Never take more than 2 Packs per day and never take 2 packs at one time.
